• Joyce's first business venture was at age five. She sold frogs door to door touting them as healthy for a homeowner's garden. She would like to publically thank her brother John for helping her collect the frogs.

• Joyce is athletic.  She plays basketball, runs and lifts weights.  Growing up she was on diving team for five years, lettered in basketball, and batted clean up on her softball team.

• Joyce graduated from Kennesaw State University and was on the President's List (all A's) for two years straight.  She worked full time during the day and went to school full time at night.  She credits this experience as having taught her the power of focus.

• Joyce was almost never born.  Her mother spent five years in a convent and was three months from being ordained a nun when she decided to leave. 

• Joyce is 2nd generation American and 100% Irish.  She qualifies for dual citizenship in America and Ireland.   She grew up in Roswell, Georgia and is one of six children whose names all start with "J".

• Joyce had a pet goose growing up named "Gary" who followed her everywhere. 

• Joyce can wiggle her ears, whistle really loud and skateboards with her kids.
