Keynote Speech (up to 90 Minutes) in USA: Call for quote

Full Day Program in USA: Call for quote

Deposits: 50% of Speaking Fee is required to confirm date. Remaining 50% Payment is due within 30 days after speech. 5% discount if full payment is received in advance of program.

Travel Expenses: Travel Expenses will be added to speaking fee. Unrestricted round trip coach airfare, ground transportation, and moderate meals. Hotels should be guaranteed for late arrival and billed directly to your organization. International flights are to be booked first class.

Cancellation Policy: If the program is cancelled for any reason more than sixty (60) days prior to the agreed date, it's JBE Policy to reschedule (within 12 months) for the same fee. Should you be forced to cancel the program sixty days or less before the date of the program the full speaking fee is due and payable by the date of the original program.

Note: All Video/Audio Rights are negotiable.

The purpose of this questionnaire is to assist Joyce in customizing your keynote presentation, and as a result maximize the learning and audience experience. The specifics will allow me to learn more about your company and its culture and operations. You can ignore the ones that do not apply.

Please be as detailed as possible and feel free to add any additional issues or information you feel applies. If there is any additional collateral that you feel would add to the presentation (articles, press releases, newsletters, etc.) then please email joyce@joycebone.com or fax 678-935-0877 to me. Send completed materials within a minimum of at least two weeks of the scheduled event. If any questions arise, a phone meeting will be scheduled.
