Susan M. Johnson has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. She holds a FINRA Series 7 Licensed. She prides herself in transforming sales organizations by creating leaders who deliver results. She was previously the Leadership Development Consultant and later on Division Vice President for Field Engagement at Ameriprise Financial.
Ken Royster is the Regional Financial Planning Center Director at MetLife in Atlanta. Ken has had 27 years of successful sales, in-depth experience and training in financial services and insurance. He is a Life and Qualifying member of MDRT and a member of the Society of Financial Services Professionals (SFSP). Ken has received his ChFC® and CLU® designations from the American College. Ken is married to Patricia Royster with two children, Danica Jovanni and Kenyatta Jenae.
Joel Manby serves as the president and CEO of Herschend Family Entertainment, the largest family owned theme park owner and operator in the U.S. Before coming to HFE, Manby spent 20 years in the automobile industry, including a two-year term with GM International and four years as CEO of Saab USA. Holding a MBA from Harvard and appearing on a 2010 episode of CBS hit reality television show Undercover Boss, Manby’s first book, Love Works, released in May.
Dr. Provitera is the author of the book “Mastering Self-Motivation” available everywhere. Known to many as Dr. Prov, he is a professor of Organizational Behavior and Management Consultant. Dr. Provitera was an executive on Wall Street for fifteen years where he was involved in the hiring process of many aspiring wall street executives. Dr. Provitera is an expert in motivation that can help you go from ordinary to extraordinary.
